🌱 Southey Hop Collective – Terms and Conditions 🌱
1. Membership:
By joining the Southey Hop Collective, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Membership is open to individuals or businesses with an interest in hops and sustainable growing.
2. Use of Information:
Your contact details will be securely stored and used exclusively for communications related to the Collective, including grower advice, event invitations, and harvest guidance.
3. Orders:
All orders placed through the Southey Hop Collective are subject to availability. Payment must be made as per the specified terms, and order deadlines must be adhered to.
4. Plant Welfare:
As a member, you are solely responsible for the welfare, growth, and harvest of your hop plants. While we provide advice and guidance, the care and maintenance of your plants rest with you.
5. Harvest Submission:
You are not required to submit your hops to the brewery for use in the collective green hop beer. However, if you do not contribute your harvest for the year, you will forfeit your invitation to the First Pour Event and will not receive any of the beer, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Collective.
6. Support and Advice:
If you are struggling with your hop plant, yield, or have any questions, please reach out to us. We are here to support you and want as many people as possible to participate in the final community beer.
7. Participation:
Event invitations, grower advice, and harvest guidance are provided as part of the Collective’s mission to support and educate members. Participation is optional and subject to availability.
8. Hop Sourcing and Liability:
All hops provided through the Collective are sourced from high-quality hop retailers. In the event you encounter an issue with your hop plant, Southey Brewing Co. cannot be held responsible. However, we are happy to liaise with the relevant parties to help resolve any issues where possible.
9. Privacy:
We value your privacy. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties or used for purposes unrelated to the Collective.
10. Amendments:
The Southey Hop Collective reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
